Step 1 – Apply the White Base Coat: Start from the base of your lashes and sweep upward to lengthen and prime. Let it set for a few seconds (not fully dry). Step 2 – Apply the Black Top Coat: Apply over the white base from root to tip to coat, darken, and define. Layer for extra volume and drama. Optional: Use an eyelash curler beforehand for added lift.
